PARK CHARGES INFORMATION
RENT & RATES: £1050 + VAT = £1233.75 --
ELECTRIC: Standing Charge 12.66p per day the Park is open This amounts to £31.02 p.a. plus a Unit Charge of 6.36p per unit Electricity charges are subject to VAT at current rate
GAS: By the bottle. £39
INSURANCE: With Jardine Compass through Salop Caravans at £12.60 per £1,000 insured on a new for old basis.
SITING AND CONNECTION FEE:

£1000 + VAT this includes siting, anchoring and connection to water, sewerage, electricity, 2 gas bottles and a regulator and length of pipe.
DISCONNECTION FEE: £250 + VAT
OPENING/CLOSING: Open - March

We have decided to appoint Salop Caravans as our sole Sales Agents. They will be totally responsible for the selling and purchasing of all Caravans on the Park.
